Darina Angelow
Darina is the heart behind Nomadikas, a space where travel, wellness, and human connection intertwine. Guided by a deep passion for holistic health, exploration, and cultural diversity, she envisioned not just a brand, but a global community—united in the search for authentic experiences, profound healing, and a life lived without boundaries.
Her path has been one of dedication and discovery. With over a decade of yoga practice, she brings a graceful fusion of vinyasa, hatha, and yin, shaped by her teacher training in Brazil. Each practice she leads is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and awaken the body’s innate ability to heal.
In 2024, Darina began her apprenticeship in Cranio Sacral Therapy at the Milne Institute, expanding her work into subtle, deeply restorative bodywork. Today, she travels the world offering a unique blend of yoga and therapeutic touch—helping others release trauma, find balance, and reconnect with their truest selves.
Whether guiding a sunrise flow on a remote coastline or creating a still, sacred moment in a healing session, Darina’s gift lies in holding space where transformation feels safe and natural. Her own journey—from the quiet of the countryside to a life of global connection—reminds us that with courage and devotion, our dreams can become the map we follow.
